Spring Is Here and Time For Baseball

All teams players are reporting to camp now after pitchers and catchers did last

week. This is very important since hopefully the steroid investigation is on hold for the time being and everyone can look forward to there favorite teams getting ready for the season

In NY there is a new manager for the Yankees in Joe Girardi and a new starting pitcher for the Mets in Johann Santana

Arod got his big contract and the Yankees got Posada and Rivera back. Girardi has some young pitchers to look after and nurture in Chamberlin , Kennedy and Hughes who are all about 22 yrs old

The Mets should be in another dogfight with the Phillies right down to the end

This is what makes drama and rooting for your favorite team is all about

Springtime Gardening And The Basics

Spring Is the time to get ready for all Ones Planting Needs. We will start by making a list of things we will need after the tilling is done and we have added any needed nutrients to the soil to improve the PH
Our list should be started with things we always plant and like such as Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and squash
Each year I then decide what didnt grow so well last year and do I want to gve it a try for another year
Sometimes One might have trouble with broccoli so they decide to try cauliflower instead
They didnt have a certain pepper do well so choose another variety,Maybe its spinach instead of
swiss chard
Whatever it may be there are enough varieties to choose from

Doomsday For Clemons

WASHINGTON - Roger Clemens told Yankees teammate Andy Pettitte nearly 10 years ago that he used human growth hormone, Pettitte said in a sworn affidavit to Congress,

Pettitte disclosed the conversation to the congressional committee holding Wednesday's hearing on drug use in baseball, a person familiar with the affidavit said. The person spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because the document had not been made public.
According to the person familiar with the affidavit, who said it was signed Friday night, Pettitte also said Clemens backtracked when the subject of HGH came up again in conversation in 2005, before the same House committee held the first hearing on steroids in baseball.
Pettitte said in the affidavit that he asked Clemens in 2005 what he would do if asked about performance-enhancing substances, given his admission years earlier. According to the account told to the AP, the affidavit said Clemens responded by saying Pettitte misunderstood the previous exchange in 1999 or 2000 and that, in fact, Clemens had been talking about HGH use by his wife in the original conversation.
"We don't know what Andy said," Clemens' lead lawyer, Rusty Hardin, said in a statement e-mailed to the AP by his spokesman. "We look forward to hearing tomorrow."
The existence of the affidavit first was reported by The New York Times. The details of its contents were first reported by the AP.
The news came on the eve of Clemens' much-anticipated appearance to testify before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. His former personal trainer, Brian McNamee, is Wednesday's other main witness. McNamee told baseball investigator George Mitchell that he injected Clemens with steroids and HGH at least 16 times from 1998 to 2001. Clemens repeatedly has denied those allegations, including, he said, under oath in a deposition last week.
Pettitte also sat for a deposition at the beginning of last week, and had been scheduled to testify at the hearing. But he asked the committee to allow him to give an affidavit instead of appearing at the hearing, the person familiar with the document said. Pettitte was dropped from the witness list Monday.
McNamee also accused Pettitte of using HGH, and after the Mitchell Report's release in December, Pettitte acknowledged that he did.

New York Primaries Are A Disgrace

Twenty Percent of Republicans and 33% of Democrats Voted in last Tuesdays

primaries. It is a right of every american to vote so this is a disgrace when most people dont give a damm anymore

Oh One might say "I only want to vote in the Fall" but what happens if your person isnt there in the fall

Then What? That person probably wont go to vote. This has been the attitude of Americans for

to long now The only reason the results were as high as they were is because of young peoples

turnout this year

They send soldiers all over the world to fight when maybe they wouldnt if people just would vote

because the polls say the majority of people dont want us in Iraq. But if people dont vote then the politicians in charge cant be taken out of office

Americans should be embarrassed that this is happening. So now will they vote in November?

time will tell they probably wont and that is a disgrace

NBA Basketball and the NY Knicks

The Knicks lost a heart breaker last night to San Antonio but it wasnt from a lack of effort THE 3 POINTER AT THE END OF REGULATION by Mike Finley sent it to overtime
It was a decoy play that was set up and the Knicks didnt defend it. Before the 3 pointer it looked like the Knicks had beat the defending champs Spurs
But as there season has gone it wasnt to be, Isiah Thomas and the Knicls lost in overtime

This picture shows all You have to be able to defend in the NBA in order to win and the other one shows frustration on the Knicks part, They dont have time to dwell on defeat because they go to Milwakee to play Bucks tonight
Tonights another night in he world of the NBA

Do you Have what It Takes To be an Entreprennier

Do you have what it takes to be an e-entrepreneur?
Copyright © Stone Evans, The Home Biz Guy
Author of "Dotcomology - The Science of Making Money Online"

These days, it seems like everyone wants to work
from home and make money on the Internet. But
before you even turn on your computer, the first
question you have to ask yourself is whether
you’re cut out for this kind of work.

The fact is, building a home-based business isn’t
for everyone. Some people like the commute. They
really do enjoy having a boss who tells them what
to do, and they like the routine of working
nine-to-five for an ordinary salary that can
barely pay the mortgage. Personally, I think
they’re nuts.

More reasonably, there are people who are
concerned about the risk of starting up their own
business. They’re not sure it’s worth the
investment of time and money, and they’re scared
of the responsibility that comes with running
their own company. They wonder if there is
another way to escape the rat race.

I’m sure there is. You could win the lottery or
wait for your Aunt Sue to keel over and leave you
her condo. Or maybe you could sit down with a pen
and paper and draw the blueprint for "The Next
Big Thing". Anything can happen... Right?

For me, what happened was creating a successful,
self-running Internet marketing system. It didn’t
happen without effort. It didn’t happen without
at least some initial investment of both time and
money and, of course, it doesn’t happen now
without me making sure that the taxes are filed
and the paperwork is done. But it happened.

I’m my own boss. I work from home according to my
own schedule and I get to pocket all the cash my
business makes. If you’re prepared to give an
e-business the time, the work and the money it
needs to get started and get growing, it can
happen for you too.
